Medicare

Medicare is a government program that provides health insurance for retirees over age of 65 or for others that comply with certain medical conditions, such as having a disability.

Medicare was in the law in 1965, signed as a amendment to the Social Security program and is
administered by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) within the Department of Human Services.

Medicare provides coverage for more 43 million Americans, many of them have no health insurance. Although not perfect, the medicare program offers these millions of people relatively low basic health insurance is in the nature of the cost, but not much preparedness. For example, Medicare does not pay
I care for physically or annual dental care.

Medicare is paid for by deductions from payroll tax (FI-CA) that is equal to 2.9% of salary; the employee pays half and the employer pays half.

There are four "parts" to Medicare Part A is the hospital Medicare Part B is medical insurance, Part C
additional coverage and Part D prescription for sure. Parts C and D have an additional cost and are
required. Neither Part A nor B pays 100% of the Medical expenses; there is usually a premium and co-payment a deductible. Some quality with low incomes Medicaid, which helps in the payment of part or all of direct costs from your own pocket.

Because more people retire and become eligible Pay Medicare at a faster rate than people in the system it is provided that the system have no more money in 2018. costs of health care dramatically increased, in addition to the financial problems Medicare and the system has bee plagued by fraud
over the years.

No one seems to have a viable solution to save these system that saves thousands of people across the country.
